Milwaukee Carpet is looking for an Sales Associate/Account Manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have flooring sales experience, excellent organization tools, interpersonal communication knowledge, and people management skills. They will also know how to break a measure.

Additional duties include:

• Keeping up to date with the wide selection of floors we carry as well as benefits and warranties of each
• Follow up on all installed jobs
• Regular networking and working effectively with other store employees
• Organizing and pricing our warehouse
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Willing to get your hands dirty and being a team player
• Bilingual is a plus

Business Area

The Milwaukee Carpet Sales team, serves as the first contact for our customers and are responsible for providing product and pricing information. Our main objective is to deliver exceptional products combined with world class customer service, with the expectation of expanding our customer base. We want to ensure every customer receives a remarkable experience during every sales appointment. In order to accomplish this must effectively on-board and develop our sales contractors at the highest professional level. The Sales team is the first face-to-face meeting with every customer and we realize how important this role is to ensure our customers are well informed, treated with respect and receives a solution to their problem. We strive to provide a tremendous service to every customer and our Sales Team has the privilege of maintaining the standard for our current customer based as well as proper expectations for future customers.

Monthly Commission Schedule is as follows:

$45,000 - $64,999 1% - $65,000 - $84,999 2% - $85,000+ 3%

Motivated individuals have the ability to earn $160,000 - $200,000 within the first 3 years of building their client base. Room for upward mobility.
